Provider Members
Aprovider member is an organisation which assists Suncompass to deliver cost reduction strategies to its clients.
Provider members are assessed for the quality of product and service they offer to ensure clients are satisfied in the event they change suppliers on our advice.
These members are often contacted in the first instance with a view to providing goods and services at reduced rates to Suncompass clients. Prices are generally exclusive and are fixed for a minimum of 12 months.
Essentially it is a win-win agreement where provider members can grow their business by reaching new customers and Suncompass clients see the benefit in cost reductions towards goods and services needed to run their business.
A fee is payable by provider members although this is not until an agreement is in place to provide goods and services to a Suncompass client.
